Yard Debris Collection Instructions
Yard debris pickup (grass clippings, leaves and tree branches) will continue on Mondays (March 7 to around Dec. 20 each year). Leaves and grass clippings must be set out in paper bags (no plastic bags) or in containers on Mondays. Paper bags of yard debris can also be placed inside the trash toter for pickup on Tuesdays & Fridays but the paper bags of yard debris will not be picked up if set next to the trash toter on Tuesdays & Fridays. No plastic bags of yard debris will be collected on any pickup day. If the yard debris bags do not fit in the trash toter, please set the bags out on Mondays only. All trash and yard debris must be set at the curb no later than 6am on pickup days. Again, no plastic bags for yard debris.
Tree branch debris can only be set out for pickup on Mondays. It cannot be placed at the curb or in trash cans on Tuesdays or Fridays. If tree branch debris is placed inside trash cans on Tuesdays or Fridays, the trash toters will not be emptied. Any bundled sticks, etc. must only be placed out on the existing yard debris service day, Monday.
Please remember that all trash toters, recycling bins, yard debris bags and tree branch debris must be set out the night before or must be at the curb before 6am on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.
