Corrected Trash Removal Co. Account Statements Being Mailed to Crosspointe Owners

As of Feb. 28, 2018, Republic Services (trash removal company) should have corrected the billing error made to individual homeowner toter rental accounts.  The toter rental fee for Crosspointe residents is $12.00 per toter.  Whether residents rent a 96-gallon trash toter or a 96-gallon recycling toter, the fee per year for each toter is $12.00.

Republic Services is sending out statements to all Crosspointe account holders who rent trash and/or recycling toters.  The statements should be received in the next few weeks.  If you made a payment of $12.00 per toter, the payment should be correctly noted on your account as of Feb. 28, 2018.

It is not recommended that you contact the Republic Services Customer Care Center at 703-818-8222 regarding the trash toter annual rental fees as their system reflects incorrect fees.  Please contact Misty Grant or Cherie Parker and request that an adjustment/credit is made to your account.  It is also suggested that residents ask for a screenshot of their corrected account/balance.

PLEASE NOTE: The large 96-gallon recycling toter costs $12.00 annually.  The small, blue or green recycling bin is provided to all Crosspointe homes at no charge.
